Alma™ Harmony XL Laser

The Alma™ Harmony XL laser treatment uses Advanced Fluorescence Technology (AFT™) to help reduce the presence of cosmetic imperfections so that patients can achieve the smooth and blemish-free skin they desire. AFT™ lasers use a wide range of light wavelengths to achieve the desired goal and can be used on all parts of the body. Additionally, the Alma™ Harmony XL laser is safe and effective to use on all skin types. This laser treatment can address any number of skin issues, including wrinkles, fine lines, skin laxity, vascular lesions, acne, and pigmentation issues, and it is also effective for hair and tattoo removal. During the treatment, intense pulses of light energy are directed to the target area. This energy stimulates collagen and elastin production in the skin to help improve skin elasticity, tone, and texture.

This treatment requires five to seven days of downtime, and most patients are able to achieve their desired results after five treatment sessions. Results are long lasting.

IPL

Intense pulsed light (IPL) treatments use pulsed blasts of intense light energy to help correct various skin imperfections, such as wrinkles and fine lines, acne scars, birthmarks, rosacea, spider veins, stretch marks, and sun damage. It can also be used for hair removal. This laser treatment is safe to use on any part of the body; however, patients with darker skin types may not be able to achieve their desired results due to the increased amounts of melanin in their skin. For this treatment, bursts of intense light energy of differing wavelengths are directed at the target area. This light energy targets and removes damaged or pigmented skin cells and/or hair follicles. To achieve optimal results, four to six treatments are generally required, spaced four weeks apart.

Downtime for this treatment is usually less than a week, and results generally last twelve months, though results do vary depending on each patient.

ClearLift™

The ClearLift™ laser treatment is a fractional laser procedure that uses light energy to address skin imperfections in all areas of the face. Wrinkles and fine lines (especially around the nose and mouth) as well as large pores can be addressed with this laser. The ClearLift™ is safe and effective to use on any skin type or color and works by stimulating collagen production in the skin. The new collagen strengthens the skin to help fill in creases and give general improvement to the treated skin. Most patients require four to six treatments, spaced three to four weeks apart to achieve optimal results.

One of the many benefits of the ClearLift™ treatment is that there is no required downtime. Results are long lasting.

Pixel Laser

Laser skin resurfacing with the Pixel laser uses fractional light energy to remove the top layer of skin without damaging any of the surrounding skin cells. Collagen is promoted, which helps to heal and strengthen the remaining tissue. This laser treatment can be used effectively on any area of the body to address wrinkles, fine lines, pigmentation issues, acne scars, large pores, and skin laxity. The Pixel laser is also safe to use on all skin types but will require skin preparation for some darker skin types prior to treatment. Targeted skin will peel and flake for five to seven days following treatment.

Downtime with this treatment is typically five to seven days because you will experience red and flaky skin. You will need to avoid the sun during this time. Most patients require two to five treatment sessions. Results usually last six to 12 months.

Laser Hair Removal

Advanced Fluorescence Technology (AFT™) and Super Hair Removal (SHR™) can be used to eliminate unwanted hair in various areas of the body. These treatments use a broad variety of light wavelengths to remove hair, which is often faster and gentler than other forms of laser hair removal, including IPL. For this treatment, light energy is directed at the target skin. This light energy is absorbed by the melanin in the hair, which eventually destroys the hair follicle. Hair will no longer be able to grow, and any new growth will be thinner and much slower-growing.

These laser treatments can be used on all skin types and require minimal downtime. Most patients need six to eight treatment sessions to achieve optimal results. Results are long lasting.
