VIP membership Q&A

How long is the membership? 12 month minimum – Recurring membership with valid credit card payment method on file. If you would like to cancel by the end of the 12 months please give us a 30 day notice in writing or your membership will renew for the next 12 months.

Scheduling – Appointments do fill up, please schedule your appointment(s) in advance to best accommodate your schedule. You will receive priority appointments.
Can I combine member discounts with Brilliant Distinctions and/or Aspire? Yes! We encourage you to use your member discounts with Brilliant Distinctions or Aspire!!

Can I change my membership tier? Yes, however a change in membership level is considered a new sign up and the 12 month minimum will reset.

Can my discount be combined with the office specials? No, but if the special that month is higher than your package discount we will give you the higher discount for that month.
