As with any plastic surgery or cosmetic procedure, one of the most important parts of your ThermiSmooth® treatment is your consultation with Dr. Boll.

At your consultation, you will be able to discuss your frustrations with your facial skin and your desires and expectations for your facial aesthetic. Dr. Boll will evaluate your skin to ensure that ThermiSmooth® is the right treatment for you. She will also give you pre- and post-treatment instructions and answer any questions you may have about the procedure.

The Treatment

How Are Thermismooth® Treatments Performed?

At your treatment, a gel will be applied to the treatment areas. This gel helps to properly conduct the heat to the targeted areas as well as ensure your comfort during the treatment. After the gel is applied, the ThermiSmooth® handpiece is directed to the skin. This handpiece is moved in a circular motion, allowing the radiofrequency energy to fully penetrate the area.

This process is repeated for the various treatment locations. In total, ThermiSmooth® treatments generally take less than 45 minutes, and one of the best parts is that there is little to no pain associated with ThermiSmooth®.
